Cape Collinson is a cape located near Siu Sai Wan and Big Wave Bay pn the eastern end of Hong Kong Island. The Cape Collinson Battery was constructed in 1938 as a defense point for Hong Kong Island’s east coast. However, those 2 batteries were ordered to be destroyed in 1941 and the regiment relocated to Stanley. These days, Cape Collinson Battery is one of the hotspots for photo taking.
